Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, Australia and Asia. If your country is not offered at checkout, write to us at support@thriveonfive.co and we will tell you if we can get a box to you.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2 days of being placed. You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your box leaves.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 7 to 9 days from dispatch. Every order is sent by tracked delivery from our fulfilment centre in Guangzhou.

• United States: £9.33
• Australia and Asia: £9.36

The shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import taxes

All customs duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

Subscriptions

Boxes on The Protocol are dispatched within 2 days of each renewal payment and follow the same delivery times.

Late, lost or damaged orders

If your tracking has not moved for several days, or your box has not arrived 14 days after dispatch, write to us at support@thriveonfive.co with your order number. If a box arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you. See our refund policy.
