Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return an unopened box within 30 days of the day it was delivered for a full refund of the product price.

How to return a box

1. Write to us at support@thriveonfive.co with your order number.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the box back unopened and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you unless the box is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Once the return reaches us we refund your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded only where the box was faulty, damaged or sent in error, or where the law gives you that right.

Opened boxes

Hydration Mix is a food product. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of boxes that have been opened, unless the product is faulty.

Damaged or faulty boxes

If your box arrives damaged or something is wrong with it, write to us at support@thriveonfive.co with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Subscriptions

You can change, skip or cancel The Protocol from your account at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals. A renewal that has already been charged and dispatched is covered by the same 30-day return terms above.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects the rights you have under consumer law in your country, including the right of UK and EU customers to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery.
